The correct term for describing people who hate Mondays is Lunaediesophobia, aka Monday-phobia.
I was self-diagnosed with Lunaediesophobia back in 2009, during a rough patch in my life, where I dreaded the start of each week. Even though now I work in the gulf, and my work week starts on Sunday, I still have a in issue with accepting Mondays as part of the normal 7. My Sunday evening blues are actually triggered by the fact that the next day is Monday.
Back to work, back to school, back to routine, back to doing things that you dislike. How do you handle it? Yoga and Muay Thai are my techniques.
